Two blocks done from Shop Hop Pattern

These are blocks from the Oklahoma Shop Hop....Uh you know me, I'm not always fond of other people's selection of fabrics, so on Block #2 I chose my own.  Wow, this was a difficult block for me to figure out how to do it. But, I finally did.  thanks

Finished Ombre Orange Peel

I fused the Peels then long stitched with pearl cotton thread.  Fun to make

I think I look pretty good for 65...yippee.  Loosing a little weight, need probably 20 more lbs.  Just staying away from Bread and desserts...mainly flour and sugar....

Clover Soft Touch Thread Pick

You may already know about this little thingy.  I just discovered it.  Bought it at a local Quilt Fabric shop, The Cotton Patch,Tulsa, OK.  What a great invention.  It will slip thru cotton fabric and grab those little threads that have been left behind under your quilt top.....Happy Quilting

"Wild Rose" completely finished.... what a fun quilt to make

Finish this, it's a Myrtle Allen pattern.  What a fun quilt tomake.  It's going to someone special, my niece Sabrina....hope she likes it.....
