I've got the same panels, even bought fabrics to "dress" the ladies about a year ago. Sadly, have not yet started it. I think this might stimulate me to find the time and do it ;-)
It isn't a pattern. 3 Geisha's was a black and white panel and I dressed them by needleturn applique using batiks and Asian fabrics, sorry, you might try ebay or just type in 3 Geisha panel fabric.
