I was working on this quilt using Eleanor's diretions
using the fusible interfacing,
as I got to using it, I thought hey I bet I could just learn
needleturn making this quilt
I had the most fun making this one,
still one of my favorite quilts.
all needleturn applique and hand quilted.
For somone who was teaching herself you would never know it. It is wonderful. I am going to try and teach myself after Christmas. We will see!!! I have been quilting for a little over 1 1/2 years so it may be a very so go....

Pamela, I would suggest you get her book. I fell in love with applique after I made that quilt.
